Unlike many events, this one does exactly what it should. It builds Teams. It is team building in
the true sense of the word and it is not what you may first think! Through something that is very
different from the norm, it is creative, inspirational and motivational. It will stretch your
imagination, patience and abilities and is quite likely to move you through screams of frustration
to tears of laughter. What it will certainly do is explore skills and experiences using individual
activities to a common goal .. just what a team does! It will provide everyone with a permanent
memento of their creativity. Above all though, the whole experience is immense fun!
No-one has to sing like an angel, or for that matter, be any kind of musician, but you do need
bags of enthusiasm, a little imagination and a great sense of humour.
The objective is for each team to write, compose, record and produce a professional CD in just
one day! Not just the music but the photography, artwork for the CD cover and the song itself.
It can be done but every role is vital to successful production and far from working in isolation,
it is essential that there is constant interaction between all team members. We are absolutely
